MY STORY
How I found my calling
I have a background in thermal power engineering. I worked in a corporate environment for over ten years and developed my own business. Like many people with high workloads and a predominantly sedentary job, I eventually experienced chronic back and shoulder pain.
My introduction to Pilates began as an attempt to address my own physical issues. But it quickly became clear that it was much more than just a set of exercises. After just a few weeks of regular practice, my pain significantly decreased, and with it, my understanding of what movement work could be.
The desire to understand why certain approaches actually work led me to study anatomy, biomechanics, neurophysiology, and modern movement concepts. Gradually, my personal interest evolved into a new profession.
Today, in my work, I combine knowledge and tools from various methods: Polestar Pilates, Anatomy Trains, the Franklin Method, BLACKROLL, principles of motor control, and modern understanding of the nervous system. This approach allows me not only to select exercises but also to tailor the practice to the goals, capabilities, and characteristics of each individual.
