Online Pilates Personal Training
Individual mat lessons 2-3 times a week via Zoom or Google Meet. Each session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and current fitness level.
I see you through the camera, correct your technique in real time, and explain the anatomy of each movement. Between sessions, you get a short 10-minute independent practice.

02 – SPECIALIZATION
Sports rehabilitation
Post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation using Pilates principles and modern rehabilitation methods. I work in collaboration with doctors and physical therapists.
Focus on restoring proper movement patterns, strengthening deep stabilizers, and gradually returning to full activity.

03 – MYOFASCIAL WORK
Myofascial Release and BLACKROLL
Working with the body’s fascial system—relieving tension, restoring mobility, and reducing pain. I use Anatomy Trains techniques and BLACKROLL tools.
Myofascial release can be a standalone session or part of a training program, depending on your goals.
Results:

04 — CORRECTION
Postural correction
Comprehensive posture management based on postural analysis. I identify muscle imbalances and create a correction program tailored to your habits and lifestyle.
I use the principles of Polestar Pilates and the Franklin Method to develop new movement patterns and create lasting change.

05 — WOMEN’S HEALTH
Postpartum recovery
A gentle and effective program for post-pregnancy and post-natal recovery. It works on the pelvic floor muscles, diastasis recti, posture, and overall tone.
The program begins with an assessment of your current condition and is built in stages—from deep muscle recovery to full-fledged training.
The program includes:
